
Cost-effective gas exchange systems for measuring photosynthesis, respiration, and the flux of greenhouse gases from soils, including CO2, methane, and nitrous oxide. Analyzers for monitoring other biologically important gases such as hydrogen, ethylene, ammonia and water vapour. Our unique FLOX system measures solar-induced fluorescence, and our ROX and NOX systems measure plant reflective indices. These may be deployed on eddy-covariance towers, or other supports, and are compatible with Licor eddy-covariance technology. Our plant imaging systems may be used for monitoring chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics, hyperspectral analysis, thermal imaging, RGB analysis, and 3D-reconstruction. They may be incorporated into stand-alone imaging cabinets or combined in high-throughput phenotyping systems in controlled environments for sensor-to-plant robotic imaging studies or plant-to-sensor conveyor-based systems. Our phenotyping equipment may also be used in the field. We provide a range of handheld devices for monitoring chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics and plant reflective indices in individual leaves, and for discrete or continuous monitoring of spectral radiance.
