Union Biometrica COPAS Infinity™, COPAS FP™ and BioSorter®, Large Particle Flow Cytometers automate analysis and sorting of objects too big/fragile for traditional cytometers, e.g., seeds (Arabidopsis), protoplasts and calli, encapsulated cells, small model organisms (2-1500 micron diameter), large cells/clusters and cells in/on beads. The COPAS Vision™ cytometer adds brightfield image capture on the fly for convenient identification of objects. The VAST BioImager™ and VAST FluoroImager™ platforms automatically load and rotationally orient 2-7 dpf zebrafish larvae for organ-level imaging in brightfield and fluorescence respectively.
