The Arizona Genomics Institute (AGI) is a worldwide leader in producing and analyzing plant genomic datasets. It leverages long-read DNA sequencing platforms (PacBio and Oxford Nanopore) to generate whole-genome sequencing data, transcriptomes, metagenomes, Hi-C, and other applications. Through its Service Center, AGI delivers to the worldwide plant genomic research community high-quality sequencing datasets.
